ISLAMABAD, Feb 13 — Pakistan’s elections last week returned a hung parliament, with no party getting enough seats in the National Assembly to form a government by itself.

ISLAMABAD, Feb 10 — Former Pakistani prime ministers and bitter rivals Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan on Friday both declared victory in elections marred by delayed results and militant attacks, throwing the country into further political turmoil.
